Don't even attempt to schedule these people to do anything for you and expect them to stick to the schedule. I've had 2 appointments now cancelled/changed hours after they were supposed to be there with zero communication from them until I've reached out for an update. Just move on and try someone different, not worth the headache.

The staff has been very helpful. I am in the process of building a home and they are prewiring my house for a surround sound and mounting all my tvs. They are knowledgeable were able to answer all of my questions. This being my 1st home, i didnt think every thing through. I called to change some things and they took care of it with no hassle. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Guardian. Great and professional staff...what more could you ask for.

If I could rate them 0 stars I would! I called to cancel my service and pay my cancellation fee, which I did. However, they still auto-drafted the bill out of my account after the account was paid in full. I called the company upset, because it is an inconvenience when I am in the process of relocating to have to continue following up on an issue that SHOULD have been addressed the first time. I contacted the company, and the HR/Accounting Manager Justin Angela pretty much accused me of not sending information he never requested in the first place. He also called me rude for getting upset at his mistake. Keep in mind he forgot to even draft my payments when I originally set up my account. I had to call and have them set them up. I would definitely NOT recommend their service to anyone. Horrible Customer Service!!!!
