  This Smyrna store doesn't provide good customer service to ALL their customers like the Hermitage location. The set up is nice, store is clean, and the location is perfect. The store manager Jim or James seems friendly. Their employees need customer service training. Help ALL customers not just those you want to help. If a customer ask where certain items are, walk them there not send them searching all over the store for it. If you feel you need to other another customer don't make the another customer who was next in line standing there, get her a another cashier to help her. And when a customer is speaking up telling you a problem don't get defensive or lie.
