  I went in to get something printed. Two people were behind the counter, both of whom looked straight at me, but just turned back around and went on about working on whatever projects they were working on. Finally after 4-5 minutes (I'm on my lunch break by the way, so I don't have much time), one finally asks if I need help, but with all the machines going on and as low as her voice was, I couldn't understand a word she said. She eventually made her way over to me (like she should have done in the FIRST PLACE), but not before stopping one more time to look at a computer or something else she was working on. They were not working fast paced like they REALLY had to get something done, she just leisurely walked on over and seemed totally put out that she had to assist me. I asked how much it would cost to have it printed, so she entered the information into the computer, tells me to send what I need to the email address on a business card she handed to me, and walks away. She never said bye, thank you, your order will be ready at such and such time, kiss my a** or anything. So I got done forwarding the email, looked up, and she was on the other side of the room again. I didn't yell, but had to speak loudly across the room so that she could hear me to find out if there was anything else I needed to do. I would assume (again, she was far away and it was kinda loud) that she said no, but I don't have a clue. It would've been nice to have a little more customer service, and a little more personality/friendliness. I've worked in customer service for a LONG time, and I'll tell you (her) like I tell my own kids, if you don't like your job or working with the public and having to help people, go FIND ANOTHER JOB!!
